There comes a point…
I’ve come up with a plan for 3 days to reset your system. Not only through foods to eat, but a daily routine involving physical movement (not exercise), relaxation, emotional reflection, and humor to help bring emotional, physical and mental health back to balance. This is not a juice cleanse, fasting, or calorie restriction plan. It is based on whole foods, without meat, dairy, sugar or caffeine.
I’m not saying it’s easy, but I AM saying it’s WORTH IT!
